Born in the 2020s during the 'Racing Ban' in most southern states which were imposed to preserve southern ideals, formed by former Japanese Defence Force soldier Ryotaro Hideyoshi the club was all exclusively from Japanese descent or fully Japanese. The club began to grow like a disease, hitting both coasts and the mid-west the club acted as a community for troubled Japanese youth in the troubled times of the 21st century.

The group followed it's own code of ethics across all chapters, thieves would have their hands lobbed off and the sort. Old world Jap code, the strict kind. However this came to an end when Manticore took over, they didn't like the club it was too much like a gang. They shut them down, shot them down the whole works (see garbage detail). The club was wiped out of America, except for Silicon Point.

You see not everyone died, some escaped to the Silicon Point where you won't be outright killed for having fun. That being said running in gang lands has it's requirements, with the speed of neo-cars the club sported they often ran drugs and guns across down. They can out run most Manticore cruisers after all, 'cept the aircraft duh. But they know these streets, The club tries to stay in obscurity doing it's dealing making money.

Manticore is trying to take over though, take over life as it is. This barcode shit, it's not flying and none in the gang have it. It should be mentioned membership is opened, to all walks of life. The old world mentality died in L.A. during the siege of L.A. Hills 2061. Alot of influential mother fuckers in this club now, and alot of crime. Only a matter of time before someone butts heads.

The question is can they keep up?
